Talent Futures are delighted to welcome Joanne Quinn as an Associate.
Joanne is a Mental Health & Wellbeing Consultant, Coach & Trainer Mental Health First Aid England Instructor Member and joins Talent Futures as an Associate Member and will be offering corporate and wellbeing services.
With a strong background in the recruitment industry for over 15 years, Joanne now specialises in corporate mental health and wellbeing.
From initial planning, to strategy, development and implementation; Joanne supports a wide range of businesses from start-ups to large corporate organisations and global PLCs.
With a combination of recruitment knowledge at director level and expertise in mental health advocacy; Joanne will be working closely with Director Ian Knowlson to produce and deliver bespoke mental health packages for all types of businesses.
With fully accredited training from Mental Health First Aid, Joanne will help organisations to understand the importance of such training and coaching and will work closely with employees to become Mental Health First Aiders.
