Talent Futures are delighted to announce the dates for the upcoming Supporting Mental Health in the Workplace course, designed for line managers.

The course is delivered over a full day with interactive training, course manuals and covers everything a line manager needs to know to support employees’ mental health in the workplace.

Managers at all levels can benefit from this course and learners will gain an understanding of mental health and the skills and confidence to help implement and maintain a positive working environment.

The course date is 7th May 2021 and delivered online (can be split over two days upon enquiry)

About the trainer:

Joanne Quinn, our trainer, spent most of her career working in recruitment in a number of senior management and director level roles. She understands the pressure that comes with working in recruitment and is passionate about raising mental health awareness and improving wellbeing within the industry.

Joanne supports companies in the design and implementation of positive mental health at work strategies including mental health first aid training; mental health awareness training; workshops; consultancy; and one to one coaching and therapy.
