Joanne Quinn worked in the recruitment industry for over 15 years before specialising in mental health and wellbeing.
Joanne supports organisations in creating mental health and wellbeing programmes in the workplace from strategy development through to implementation and training.
She previously worked in the recruitment industry, latterly at Director level for a global plc, project managing and leading bid teams securing multi-million pound contracts.
Joanne also has experience as a management consultant and has been instrumental in enabling organisations make operational changes resulting in significant improvements in business performance.
Combining all her experience and knowledge, she works with business owners to understand where employees are in relation to their wellbeing and the affect on business. She develops mental health at work programmes in consultation with employees and leaders which are underpinned by best practice, supporting the promotion and delivery of the programme through a combination of campaigns, training and coaching.
Passionate about mental health and wellbeing in the workplace, Joanne is committed to raising awareness. Her training courses equip individuals with the tools and techniques needed to positively manage their own mental health, enabling both employees and business to thrive.
