Talent Futures deliver a number of four-to-six-day programmes suitable for those who are just beginning their leadership journey or are new to management with less than eighteen months experience.
Whilst the programmes are based around the CMI and ILM Level 3 and Level 5 courses the programmes are fully customised for each clients based upon their teams needs typically following a full Training Needs Analysis (TNA) of the potential delegates.
